Current Scope

• Web simulator alongside knowledge base and prompt management
• Message center with ingestion and replay of real dialogue assets
• Repeatable regression test suites
• Messenger webhook and outbound dispatch layer

Explicit Boundaries

This project remains a locally executed MVP; LINE and production models have not been integrated, and there is no verified public deployment URL. Production readiness criteria for Messenger (persistent HTTPS and Meta App Review) remain pending.
