# 2026 - Ashley American Style Portrait

> Portrait · Taipei, Taiwan · 2026-05-20

American-style individual portrait session with Ashley. Captured in natural afternoon light in an outdoor setting to create a relaxed, spontaneous mood. Shot around Huashan 1914 Creative Park, utilizing red brick walls and expansive concrete plazas as background elements, alternating between front and rim lighting to build depth and dimension. Guidance focused on letting Ashley move naturally—walking, turning around, sitting down for coffee—while using a 35mm focal length up close to document candid expressions and unposed gestures.
