An AI customer service console MVP currently in development, delivering a web-based simulation, configuration, and verification workspace for support workflows.

## Current Scope

- Web simulator alongside knowledge base and prompt management
- Message center with ingestion and replay of real dialogue assets
- Repeatable regression test suites
- Messenger webhook and outbound dispatch layer

## Explicit Boundaries

This project remains a locally executed MVP; LINE and production models have not been integrated, and there is no verified public deployment URL. Production readiness criteria for Messenger (persistent HTTPS and Meta App Review) remain pending.
